Raw Material & Forging

High-quality chrome steel (SAE 52100) and premium-grade EN31 (high carbon chrome steel) is selected for its strength, durability, and resistance to wear. This ensures long service life and reliability under heavy loads.

Precision Machining

Forged rings are machined using CNC machines to achieve accurate dimensions for inner and outer rings.

Heat Treatment

Components are hardened through controlled heating and cooling. This improves hardness, fatigue resistance, and durability.

Grinding & Finishing

Quality Inspection

Precision grinding ensures smooth surfaces and tight tolerances, reducing friction and ensuring high performance.

Every bearing undergoes strict quality checks including:

  • Dimensional accuracy

  • Noise & vibration testing

  • Load and performance validation

Assembly & Packaging

Rolling elements (balls/rollers), cages, and rings are assembled carefully to ensure smooth rotation and load distribution.

After Assembly , Bearings are cleaned, lubricated, and packed with anti-rust protection to ensure safe delivery and long shelf life.
